Finally, at 18391021 weeks post Head Cold of Doom, I'm back to running regularly three times a week, and I'm kinda proud of myself that I manage to drag myself out even when the sun is beating down and it's getting uncomfortably warm (which, in my case, means everything upwards of 23°C. I'm a wimp concerning heat, sue me).

( In which I rant at length about an obscure ankle problem that's been bugging me for at least two years now. )

I finally went running again \o/ Far as I could see, I was symptom free of The Great Super Head Cold of 2018 by Thursday or Friday, and I was heartily sick of sitting around all day (I'm currently literally sitting around on my ass all day because I'm in an online culture management classfor the next five weeks. First off: Mom and I have been back in Berlin since Friday night, while Dad had to stay behind in the hospital. Apparently, he's been steadily getting better since the antibiotics kicked fully in and there's talk of him coming home tomorrow or Thursday.
